Since 1975, Todd has climbed throughout the United States (31 states and counting) and thus far attained nearly 30 state high points.

Internationally, he has climbed in Angola, Antarctica, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Curacao, Denmark, Ecuador, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Luxembourg, Malawi, Mauritania, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Rwanda, Scotland, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
