Austral Summer 2017-2018

Todd and Donette worked for the United States Antarctic Program (USAP) at McMurdo Station during the Austral summer of 2017-18. Both worked as field staff (Donette as a Field Coordinator and Todd as a Field Safety Coordinator) and as such, had opportunities to work in the Dry Valleys, on the sea ice edge and other amazing places. They wrote an article about their experience, which appeared in the December 2018 edition of the Appalachian Mountain Club journal, Appalachia.
